New Oxy Cleaner Is Like A Breath Of Fresh Air For Your Outdoor Projects
February 2007 -- Do you love outdoor living, but hate outdoor grime? Now there's a versatile new exterior cleaner with a powerful oxygenated formula to help clean your home from the deck to the roof and from the front porch to the backyard fence.
New Thompson's® WaterSeal® Oxy Foaming Action Exterior Multi-Surface Cleaner bubbles away dirt, mildew, algae and fungus stains on a range of outdoor surfaces, including wood and composite decks, fences, concrete, masonry, brick, stucco, outdoor furniture, roofs, siding and some fabrics such as awnings and vinyl plastics. It is an effective, oxygen powered cleaner concentrate that is biodegradable and gentler than chlorine bleach-based formulas.

Thompson's® WaterSeal® Oxy Foaming Action Exterior Multi-Surface Cleaner is a powdered formula. To use, mix six ounces (eight ounces for stubborn stains) of the powder with one gallon of hot tap water, until the crystals are dissolved. On larger surfaces, apply the product with a plastic watering can, pump-up sprayer, brush, mop or roller, and allow it to sit on the surface for 5-10 minutes. Scrub lightly with a stiff-bristle brush to remove all residue that does not immediately come up, then rinse with a garden hose with maximum nozzle pressure or a pressure washer at 1200 PSI with a wide spray pattern. The one-gallon solution treats approximately 200 square feet.
Thompson's® WaterSeal® Oxy Foaming Action Exterior Multi-Surface Cleaner is available now at select retailers. At participating retailers, between April 15 and September 30, 2007, consumers will be eligible to receive a $5 store gift check when they purchase one bottle of the new product, up to $10 (two bottles) per household.
