Advantage Points

To reward you for your loyalty and purchases, we have created Thompson's® WaterSeal® Advantage Points. For every 1 gallon purchase of a qualified Thompson's® WaterSeal® product, you receive 1 Advantage Point.

Advantage Points can be redeemed for valuable premiums and business support materials. Participants also receive the following annual year-end cash rewards and bonus points for reaching set levels:

Thompson's® WaterSeal® Advantage Points currently have no expiration date; however, Thompson's reserves the right to impose expiration dates and to otherwise change, limit, modify or cancel the Thompson's® WaterSeal® Advantage Points program at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points, or the ability to obtain certain premiums and other benefits of the program. Thompson's shall endeavor, but shall not be required, to provide advance notice of any changes, limitations, modifications or cancellation of the program.

The accumulation of points does not entitle participating contractors to any vested rights with respect to points. In accumulating points, participating contractors may not rely upon the continued availability of any points or premium levels.

An account may be closed at Thompson's discretion if no points are accrued during a twenty-four month period. All points in the account will be forfeited at that time.

In the case of fraud or abuse involving Thompson's® WaterSeal® Advantage Points, Thompson's reserves the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all points earned through the program may be forfeited and the account closed.

The awarding and redemption of Thompson's® WaterSeal® Advantage Points are void where prohibited by law.

Accrued points are for the participating contractor's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone for any reason.
