Cleaning / Surface Preparation

Why is it important?

Cleaning and preparing all surfaces before sealing or staining ensures the best penetration and performance of a coating. Even new wood can have dirt or other invisible barriers to coating penetration.

Waterproofing and Staining

Exterior wood surfaces need protection from water damage to prevent warping, cracking or splitting. There are clear products or products that add color.

Waterproofing Masonry

Protecting brick, concrete, pavers and other masonry surfaces from water damage will extend the life of these surfaces and keep them looking great longer.

Fabric Protection

Exterior fabrics need protection from water damage along with resisting spills and stains.

Masonry surfaces include brick, concrete, pavers, stone and other like surfaces.

Composite

Composite decking is an alternative to wood decking made primarily from recycled plastics and wood fibers.

Vinyl Siding

Vinyl siding on a home is used as an alternative to traditional wood siding.
