How to receive your rebate (Up to $12)

Step 1: Purchase

Up to 3 gallons Thompson's^® WaterSeal^® Wood Protector Products in a single purchase at a participating retailer from 4/03/2010 - 10/04/2010.

Step 2: Print and Complete

Print out and complete this form.

Step 3: Send

This form filled out completely;
The original cash register receipt (dated between 4/3/2010 and 10/4/2010) with the purchase price(s) circled;
Cut out the original UPC codes from the label of each container as proof of purchase. For metal cans, write the UPC numbers on a separate piece of paper.

Step 4: Mail

Step 5: Receive

A rebate check in the amount of either $3.00 or $4.00 for every gallon purchased, redeemable at the store where products were purchased. Maximum amount $12.00.
