How to receive your rebate (Up to $15)
Step 1: Purchase
- Up to 5 gallons Thompson's® WaterSeal® Deck & House Latex or Oil Waterproofing Stain (solid or semi-transparent) in a single purchase at a participating retailer from 4/03/2010 - 10/04/2010.
Step 2: Print and Complete
- Print out and complete this form.
Step 3: Send
- This form filled out completely;
- The original cash register receipt (dated between 4/3/2010 and 10/4/2010) with the purchase price(s) circled;
- Cut out the original UPC codes from the label of each container as proof of purchase. For metal cans write the UPC numbers on a separate sheet of paper.
Step 4: Mail

- A rebate check in the amount of $3.00 for every gallon purchased, redeemable at the store where products were purchased. Maximum amount $15.00.
