How to receive your rebate (Up to $24.00)
1. Purchase: Up to 5 gallon containers of Thompson's® WaterSeal® Deck & House Waterproofing Stains and/or 3 containers of select Thompson's® WaterSeal® Cleaners (excluding Deck Wash) in a single purchase at a participating retailer from 4/07/2012 - 10/06/2012.
2. Print out and complete this form.
3. Send the following items to the address below:
- This form filled out completely.
- The original cash register receipt (dated between 04/07/2012 - 10/06/2012) with the purchase price(s) circled.
- Cut out the original UPC codes from the label of each container as proof of purchase. For metal cans write the UPC numbers on a separate piece of paper.
